| Ener-G Brown Rice and Rice Bran Pilaf |
Directions:
Melt margarine in skillet or wok. Add rice and Ener-G gluten-free Rice Bran. Stir constantly until rice is golden and crisp. Add water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer until water is gone and rice is soft. Ener-G Rice bran adds a nutty flavor to the rice eliminating the need for spices or flavor.
If you would like to add flavor use 1 to 1-1/4 cup Condensed Beef Stock or Chicken Stock. Ratio 1 to 1-1/4 cup water.
