Ener-G Lasagna Chicken Lasagna

Ingredients

8eaEner-G White Rice Lasagna pieces
10ozmushrooms (canned)
10ozcream of mushroom soup (can)
1cupmilk
1cupChicken Stock
1tspsalt
1⁄4tspPepper
1⁄4tsppoulty seasoning
8ozcream cheese
8ozcottage cheese
1⁄2cupolives (chopped)
1⁄4cupgreen onions (chopped)
1⁄2cupcelery
1⁄2cupgreen peppers (chopped)
1⁄4cupparsley
4cupcooked chicken (diced)
1 1⁄2cupEner-G Bread Crumbs
1⁄4cupbutter or margarine (melted)

Instructions

Heat over to 375 degrees F. Cook Ener-G White Rice Lasagna. Mix mushrooms, soup, milk, chicken stock, slat and pepper and poultry seasoning together. Heat to boiling. Combine cream cheese and cottage cheese. Add olives, celery, green onions, green pepper and parsley. Place a layer of lasagna in each of two 8-inch by 8-inch pans. Cover with cheese, chicken and soup. Top with Ener-G Bread Crumbs and melted butter or margarine. Bake for 40 minutes.
