|1 1⁄2||tsp||mild curry|
|2||ea||eggs (hard boiled sliced)|
|7||oz||tuna or salmon (can)|
|1⁄3||cup||celery (finely chopped)|
|pinch||salt or pepper (for taste)|
Cook Ener-G White Rice Small Shells according to directions below. Drain. Stir in oil while still warm. Allow to cool. Stir in mayonnaise mixed with curry. Mix together remaining ingredients in separate bowl. Add to pasta mixture and toss gently.
Cooking Directions: Add 8 ounces (1/2 carton) Ener-G shells to 2-3/4 quarts of rapidly boiling water to which 1 tablespoon salt has been added. Boil uncovered, stirring occasionally for 10 to 15 minutes or until tender, but still firm. Drain and rinse with warm water.
