Ener-G Macaroni Salmon Casserole
|1||cup||Ener-G White Rice Macaroni (uncooked)|
|16||oz||can salmon (drained and flaked)|
|2||tbsp||Onion (finely chopped)|
|2||tbsp||celery (finely chopped)|
|1||tbsp||Ener-G White Rice Flour|
|oz||Ener-G Bread Crumbs|
Cook Ener-G White Rice Macaroni according to directions on package. Drain and rinse. In skillet over low heat combine Ener-G White Rice flour and oil to form paste. Add broth and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly to form a thin sauce. Add thyme and salt. In a greased baking dish, alternate layers of macaroni and salmon. Sprinkle each layer with onion and celery. Pour sauce over top and sprinkle with Ener-G Bread Crumbs. Bake in 350 degree F oven for 30 minutes.
