Ener-G Vermicelli Dilled Shrimp Pasta


3 1⁄2tbspOlive oil
3 1⁄3tbspLemon Juice
1tbspfresh minced dill (or 1/2 tbsp mince parsley)
1tbspminced parsley
1⁄2lbsmall shrimp (cleaned and cooked)
2eagarlic cloves (minced)
2eagreen onions (chopped)
1⁄4cupwalnuts (chopped optional)
1⁄4pkgEner-G White Rice Vermicelli


Mix together all ingredients except for pasta and walnuts. Refrigerate several hours. Cook Ener-G White Rice Vermicelli according to directions on package. When cooled, mix and toss gently. Add chopped walnuts if desired. Toss. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Cooking Instructions for Vermicelli: Boil 1/2 package (8 ounces) Ener-G Rice Vermicelli in 2 quarts water for 4 to 6 minutes. Drain and rinse with warm water.
