Ingredients

2⁄3cupwater
1tbspLemon Juice (add for more flavor)
1cupEner-G Brown Rice Flour
 eaFrying Oil
 eaWashed Clams

Instructions

Mix water, lemon and Ener-G Brown Rice Flour into a smooth batter. Heat the frying oil to 350 degrees F. Dip clams into the batter and place in the hot oil. Fry to a light brown.
