Low Protein Hot Dogs/Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients

4sliceEner-G Rice Starch Loaf
60gFresh Onion (choped finely)
165gCooked Carots (mashed)
1eaclove of garlic or 1 tsp garlic powder to taste
1⁄4cupGluten-free ketchup
1⁄4tspPaprika
1tspseasoned salt
1ozvinegar
1tbspvegetable shortening
1tbspEner-G Egg-Replacer
3dropred food coloring
3dropgreen food coloring
120gCooked Potatoes (mashed)

Instructions

For hot dogs, combine all ingredients. Divide into 10 equal parts and shape into hot dog shapes. Fry in scant amount of vegetable oil, turning often. For brats, divide and shape into brats and fry as for hot dogs. For chicken nuggets, shape into nugget shapes and deep-fat fry.
