| 1 | tbsp | Ener-G Tapioca Flour |
| 1 | cup | Milk or water |

Melt butter over low heat. Rapidly stir in Ener-G Tapioca Flour until smooth. Add milk while stirring rapidly to remove lumps. Add spice and/or lemon juice if desired.
