Ener-G Breadcrumbs Meatballs in Wine Sauce

Ingredients

1lblean ground beef
1eaonion chopped (small)
1⁄2cupEner-G Bread Crumbs
1⁄4cupwater chestnuts (finely chopped)
1⁄4cupskim milk
1⁄2tspsalt
1⁄2tspglutten-free worcestershire sauce
1⁄8tspPepper
1eaegg
 ozWine Sauce (recipe below)
1⁄3cupCold Water
3tbspEner-G Potato Starch Flour
1eagarlic crushed (clove)

Instructions

Heat oven to 400 degrees F. In a large mixing bowl combine beef, onion, Ener-G Bread Crumbs, water chestnuts, milk, salt, gluten-free worcestershire sauce, pepper and egg. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls. Place in ungreased jellyroll pan, 15-1/2by 10-1/2by 1 inch. Be uncovered about 10 minutes or until no longer pink in center. Prepare Wine Sauce. Gently stir meatballs into sauce. Garnish with parsley if desired. Wine Sauce: Mix water and Ener-G Potato Starch Flour in 3-quart saucepan. Gradually stir in remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir for 1 minute.
