|2 1⁄2||tbsp||Ener-G Potato Starch Flour|
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Whip egg until peaks form. Add other liquids. Mix well. Sift Ener-G Corn Mix, Ener-G Potato Starch Flour, and other dry ingredients together and add to egg mixture. Mix at medium speed for one minute. Grease six muffins tins and fill 3/4 full. Bake for 15 minutes. Turn out onto wire rack to cool.
This recipe will not work with Ener-G Egg Replacer.
