Veggie Burgers

Ingredients

3cupbrown rice (precooked)
2cupEner-G Bread Crumbs
1 1⁄2cupvegetables (your choice finely chopped)
1⁄8cupOlive oil
1pinchsalt
1pinchPepper

Instructions

Mix brown rice, Ener-G Bread Crumbs, and remaining ingredients (except oil) together and form 25 patties about 3/4 inch thick using 3/4 cup mixture per patty. Fry in oiled pan for 8 minutes on each side over medium high heat. Serve alone or on a gluten free hamburger bun with lettuce and condiments.
