Ener-G Egg Free gluten-free Chocolate Cake
| 1 | cup | Ener-G Potato Flour |
| 1 1⁄2 | cup | Ener-G White Rice Flour |
| 1 | tsp | salt |
| 1 | cup | sugar |
| 1 | cup | cocoa powder |
| 1 | tsp | baking soda |
| 5 | tbsp | Olive oil |
| 1 | tbsp | Apple Cider Vinegar |
| 1 | cup | Cold Water |
| 1 | cup | Chocolate Chips |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease an 8-inch by 8-inch pan. Combine Potato Flour and Rice Flour. Mix in salt, sugar, cocoa powder and baking soda. Mix in liquid ingredients. Blend well. Add 1 cup Chocolate Chips and blend. Pour batter into pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
