|1 1⁄4||cup||Ener-G White Rice Flour|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Whip margarine, honey and Brown Sugar together until fluffy. Add egg and mix until creamy and fluffy. Add Ener-G Tapioca Flour, Ener-G White Rice Flour, and remaining ingredients
and mix for about 1-1/2 minutes. Place on baking tray about the size of 1 tablespoon, inches apart. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. These can be mashed down a little in the middle to add Holiday Sprinkles to the tops.
