Egg Free Brownies

Ingredients

2cupall-purpose flour
1cupsugar
1cupbrown sugar
1tspsalt
3⁄4cupPowdered Cocoa
1⁄2tspbaking powder
1⁄2tspEner-G Egg Replacer
1cupmilk (or milk alternative)
1tspvanilla
1⁄2cupOlive oil

Instructions

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, sugars, salt, cocoa, baking powder, and Ener-G Egg Replacer. Stir in the milk, vanilla and oil, blending well. Spread batter into lightly floured pan and bake at 350 degrees F for 25 to 28 minutes. Cut into squares and serve either warm or cool.
