Ener-G Pretzel and Chocolate Snack Bars

Snack Bars


1 1⁄2cupEner-G Pretzels (Crushed)
1⁄2cupbutter (Melted)
1cansweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
1tbspunsweetened Cocoa Powder
1cupWhite Chocolate Chips
1⁄2cupChopped Pecans
1⁄2cupFlaked Coconut (Sweetend or not sweetened is fine)


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with nonstick gluten-free cooking spray. In a medium bowl, combine the crushed Wylde Pretzels and butter; mix well and press into the bottom of the baking dish. Add cocoa powder to sweetened condensed milk and combine. Pour the sweetened condensed milk mixture evenly over the pretzel mixture, then sprinkle evenly with the chips, pecans and coconut. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until lightly browned. Cool for 10 minutes, then chill for 30 minutes before cutting bars and serving.
