Ener-G Spaghetti Primavera

Ingredients

8ozbutter
1cupEner-G White Rice Flour
4eagarlic cloves minced
1 1⁄2quartChicken Broth
1ptheavy cream
1cupparmesan cheese grated
4pkgEner-G White Rice Spaghetti
3cupred bell pepper julienne
3cupgreen onion sliced
3cupalmonds slivered and toasted

Instructions

Melt butter in heavy gauge saucepan. Blend Ener-G White Rice Flour and garlic. Stir in chicken broth and cook until thickened. Continue cooking at a simmer for about 10 minutes. Stir in heavy cream and grated cheese. Continue cooking. Stir frequently until cheese melts. Keep warm over very low flame or in a Bain Marie. Cook Ener-G White Rice Spaghetti according to directions. Drain well. Toss each serving of spaghetti with a 1/3-cup sauce and 2 tablespoons each almonds, red peppers, and green onions. Garnish with additional grated cheese, if desired.
