Quick Baked Beans

Ingredients

1⁄4cupEner-G Brown Rice Flour
1⁄3cupbrown sugar
1⁄8cupPrepared Mild Mustard
3tbspCatsup
3⁄4cupmilk
1eaDiced Onion
1canPork and Beans (1lb.14oz)
3eaprecooked Wieners
 ozA Mild Cheddar Cheese (optional)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a 2-quart baking dish mix the Ener-G Brown Rice Flour, Brown Sugar, Mustard and Catsup. Add the milk and blend well. Dice onion and add to mixture. Add contents of pork and beans. If wieners have not already been boiled, boil them in a separate pan of water a few minutes to boil out excess fat. Rinse and cut into small pieces and add to mixture. Thoroughly mix all ingredients (not mashing beans). Stir gently every 15 minutes to prevent sticking. As an option sprinkle thinly sliced or grated cheese over the top of the individual servings.
