Ener-G White Rice Flour Potato Bread
|2||tbsp||very warm water|
|1 1⁄2||tsp||dry yeast|
|3⁄4||cup||Ener-G White Rice Flour|
|2 1⁄2||tsp||Ener-G Pure Potato Flour|
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Whip eggs to peak. Add sugar and whip well. Mix in oil, water and yeast. Add Ener-G White Rice Flour, Ener-G Potato Flour, salt and mix until well blended. Place in 7-1/4inch by 3-1/2inch by 2-1/4inch greased bread pan. Put pan in large, clear, plastic sack, blow-up sack and tie. Let rise almost to top of pan. Remove pan from sack and place in preheated oven. Bake about 25 minutes.
