Ener-G Brown Rice Flour Turkey Pilaf
| 1 | ea | Large onion (chopped) |
| 2 | tbsp | oil |
| 3 | slice | bacon |
| 1⁄4 | cup | Ener-G Brown Rice Flour |
| 1 | cup | Chicken Broth |
| 3 | cup | diced cooked turkey or chicken |
| oz | Fried Bulgur Wheat |
Sauté onion in oil until transparent, but not brown. Fry bacon. Remove and set aside. Add bacon drippings to onions and stir in Ener-G Brown Rice Flour. When blended pour in to a medium saucepan and add broth. Over medium-heat, stir mixture until smooth and desired thickness has been reached. Top with diced turkey and crumbled bacon. Remove from heat and serve with fried Bulgur Wheat.
If you wish to avoid pork use commercial all beef bacon.
