Skin chicken pieces. Place Ener-G Brown Rice Flour in large bowl. Heat oil in wok or large frying pan. Roll chicken pieces in Brown Rice Flour one at a time and gently place in hot oil. Saute until brown (about 15 minutes). Using 3 oranges and one grapefruit squeeze the juice into a measuring cup until you have one cup. Remove browned chicken pieces and place on paper towels to dry and cool. Discard frying oil. Wash wok and put in juice and chicken broth. Simmer chicken for 30 to 50 minutes until tender. Remove chicken in heated platter and keep warm. Put 3/4 cup of the liquid from the juice and broth mixture in a saucer and stir in 3 tablespoons Brown Rice Flour. Heat and stir forming gravy.
Serving sugestion: Add 3 quartered oranges and 1 grapefruit.
