Ener-G White Rice Flour Tuna Chowder

Ingredients

4tbspbutter
1cupChopped Celery
1cupChopped Onion
1cupDiced Potato
1⁄4tspPepper
1⁄2tspthyme
 dashsalt
2 1⁄2tbspEner-G White Rice Flour
1canStewed Tomatoes, 8oz
3cupmilk
1canTuna, 8oz
1cupShredded Monterey Jack Cheese

Instructions

Heat butter. Add celery, onion and potato. Stir often until potato is tender (about 15 minutes). Remove from heat and stir in the seasonings and Ener-G White Rice Flour. Add stewed tomatoes, milk and tuna. Heat. Stir until soup is thickened and comes to a boil. Stir in cheese. You may also add broccoli, peas or carrots to the vegetables.
