Ener-G Potato Starch Batter-Fried Shrimp

Ingredients

1⁄4cupwater (or until desired thickness)
3tbspcornstarch
1⁄2tspbaking powder
8tbspEner-G White Rice Flour
1lbraw shrimp (shelled and de-veined)
 ozoil for frying

Instructions

Mix together water, cornstarch and baking powder. Mix in Ener-G White Rice Flour. Dip shrimp in this batter. Coat well. Fry in 365-degree oil until golden brown. Drain. Serve with or without sauce.
