Ingredients

2tspEner-G Egg Replacer (packed)
7tbspCold Water
2tspgluten-free vanilla
3tspgluten-free chocolate flavor
3⁄4cupCorn Syrup
1tspbaking soda
1tspbaking powder
1 1⁄4cupDiced Walnuts
1⁄2cupsweetened macaroon coconut

Instructions

Whip Ener-G Egg Replacer and water until peaks form. Add flavors and corn syrup and mix in. Thoroughly mix in remaining ingredients. Bake at 325 degrees F. For approx. 35 minutes or until top is firm to the touch.
