Lentil Loaf

Ingredients

2cupcooked lentils
1eaegg
1canEvaporated milk *
1⁄2tspSage
1tspsalt
1⁄2cupnuts (finely chopped)
2tbspVegetable Oil
1eamedium onion (finely chopped)
1cupEner-G Bread Crumbs

Instructions

Combine Ener-G Bread Crumbs and all other ingredients, place in oiled baking dish and bake 1 hour in a 350 degree F. preheated oven. Serve hot with your favorite gravy. Can be eaten cold as well.

Notes

* Evaporated milk usualy consists of whole milk and sugar.
