Ener-G Egg Replacer Rice Flour Brownies

Ingredients

2 1⁄3cupBrownie Mix * (Ener-G Potato Flour and Ener-G Rice Flour)
2⁄3cupCocoa
1cupsugar
1⁄2cupHoney
1⁄2tspsalt
1pinchcinnamon
1pinchnutmeg
1cupwater
1 1⁄2tspvanilla
1⁄2cupbutter (Melted)
1⁄2cupApplesauce
2tspEner-G Egg Replacer
1tspApple Cider Vinegar

Instructions

Preheat oven to 370 degrees. *For Brownie Mix mix 2 tablespoons Potato Flour and enough Ener-G White Rice Flour to equal 1 cup. Sift this 3 times. Place in mixing bowl, making 2-1/3 cups of mix. Add cocoa, sugar, honey, salt, and spices. Mix until well blended, about 30 seconds. Mix in the remaining ingredients except vinegar, add the vinegar after the dough is thoroughly blended together. Pour batter into lightly coated 12 x 8 x 1.5 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 min or until firm to touch. Let cool at least 5-6 min. or 10 min before icing.
