Hawaiian Ham Slices
|1||ea||3/4" thick ham slice (About 1 1/2 pound)|
|2||tsp||Ener-G Potato Starch Flour|
|1||can||Crushed Pinapple (8 oz drained)|
|1⁄2||cup||light corn syrup|
|1||tbsp||Apple Cider Vinegar|
Trim and discard fat from edges of ham. Place ham in 11x7-inch glass baking dish or 1-1/2 qt shallow casserole dish; cover with wax paper. Microwave at High for 4 to 5 minutes or until heated through, rotating dish after 3 minutes. Let stand covered while preparing sauce. Combine water and Potato Starch Flour in small microwaveable bowl; mix until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Microwave at High 4 to 5 minutes or until thickened, stirring after 3 minutes. Drain liquid from ham. Spoon about 1/2 cup sauce over ham; serve with remaining sauce on the side.
