Description

Mini Flatbreads that can be made using either our Ener-G Brown Rice Flour or White Rice Flour. A versatile and easy-to-make gluten-free flatbread that can be topped with just about anything: jam, peanut-butter, cheese, meat, etc. You're only limited by your imagination.

Ingredients

1cupEner-G White Rice Flour (Brown Rice or White Rice)
1⁄2tspsalt
4tspEner-G Baking Soda
1eaegg (Beaten)
1cupButtermilk
2tbspVegetable Oil

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Mix Ener-G Brown Rice Flour or Ener-G White Rice Flour, salt and Ener-G Baking Soda together. Beat the egg in a separate bowl. Add buttermilk and oil. Beat in flour mixture until smooth. Cover baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place batter by tablespoon on foil. Bake for 12 minutes. Flatbreads may be used in place of bread.

This recipe does not work with Ener-G Egg Replacer.
