Description

Egg Free Chocolate Chip Cake

Ingredients

1cupall-purpose flour
1cupbrown sugar
1⁄4cupcocoa powder
1 1⁄2tspEner-G Egg Replacer
1tspbaking soda
1⁄2tspcinnamon
1 1⁄4cupwater
1tbspvinegar
1⁄4cupOlive oil
1tspvanilla
1⁄2cupEner-G Chocolate Chips

Instructions

In a medium bowl, whisk the flour, brown sugar, cocoa, Ener-G Egg Replacer, baking soda, and cinnamon. Set Aside. In a mixing bowl, stir together the water, oil, and vanilla. On low speed add the dry ingredients and mix until well blended. Stir in half, or 1/4 cup of the chocolate chips. Add the vinegar and mix for an additional 5 seconds. Pour into a lightly greased cake pan and sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup of chocolate chips to top. Place in oven and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
