Egg Free Flat Bread

Ingredients

1cupwhole wheat flour
1⁄4tspsalt
1⁄4tspGround Coriander
1⁄2cupwater

Instructions

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, and coriander. Turn the mixer on low and add the water. Beat for 4 minutes, or until the dough becomes elastic. If kneading by hand, this might take 5 minutes. Let the dough rest for 20 minutes. Form into balls the size of walnuts. Lightly dust flour on a surface and roll out the dough thin. Place flat breads in an ungreased pan on medium heat. Turn often while pressing down on the sides. When brown spots appear on both sides, they can be served hot from the pan or served cool later.
