Vegetable Cheese Casserole


1⁄2lbCheddar Cheese
1⁄2cupHalf & Half
1tbspEner-G White Rice Flour
2cupEner-G Bread Crumbs
1⁄4cupbutter or margarine
1eaCabbage large (chopped)


Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. saute the cabbage in butter. Place cooked cabbage in a 1-1/2 quart casserole dish. Put cheese on top of the cabbage and bake until the cheese is thoroughly melted. Mix Ener-G White Rice Flour and Half & Half together over low heat until smooth. saute 2 cups Ener-G Bread Crumbs in 1/4 cup Butter until the crumbs are a light golden brown. Reserve. Remove the casserole from oven and mix in Rice Flour and Half & Half mixture with an electric mixer. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Sprinkle Ener-G Bread Crumbs on top of casserole. Bake casserole until the cheese is thoroughly melted (about 30 minutes). Serve warm
