Macaroni and Bean Soup


 eachicken or turkey broth
1 1⁄2cupfrozen green beans
1canPinto Beans rinsed and drained (15 oz)
1pkgfrozen spinach (10 oz)
4ozEner-G White Rice Macaroni (1/4 pkg or 1 1/8 cup)
1cloveMinced Garlic (optional)
 easalt (optional)


Place broth in pan. Add green beans. Boil and then simmer until done, adding water if necessary. Add Pinto Beans. In separate pan cook spinach, drain and add to soup. Cook Ener-G White Rice Macaroni according to directions on package (or see below) and add to soup. Heat thoroughly. Serve.

CookingMacaroni Cooking Directions: Add 8 ounces (1/2 carton or 2-1/4 level cups) Ener-G Rice Macaroni to 2-3/4 quarts (11 cups or 2603ml) rapidly boiling water to which 1 tablespoon salt has been added (optional). Boil uncovered, stirring occasionally for 15 to 20 minutes or until tender but still firm. Drain and rinse with warm water.
