Ener-G White Rice Flour Corn Bread
1⁄2 | cup | Ener-G White Rice Flour |
1 | cup | cornmeal |
1 | tbsp | sugar |
1⁄2 | tsp | salt |
1 | tsp | baking powder |
1 | tbsp | oil (plus 1 tsp) |
1 | cup | milk |
1 | ea | egg (beaten) |
Sift Ener-G White Rice Flour and all other dry ingredients together. Make a well. Add oil, milk and egg. Mix quickly. Pour into an 8-inch by 8-inch by 2-inch baking pan that has been oiled. Bake at 400degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
