Ener-G Rice Flour Salmon Chowder
|2 1⁄2||tbsp||Ener-G White Rice Flour|
|1||can||stewed tomatoes (8oz)|
|1||can||salmon, clams, or tuna (8oz)|
|1||cup||monterey jack cheese (shredded)|
Heat butter. Add celery, onion and potato. Stir often until potato is tender (about 15 minutes). Remove from heat and stir in the seasonings and Ener-G White Rice Flour. Add stewed tomatoes, milk and salmon. Heat. Stir until soup is thickened and comes to a boil. Stir in cheese. Makes about 5 cups. You may also add broccoli, peas or carrots to the vegetables.
