Ener-G Egg Replacer Rice Mix Banana Bread

|1||cup||milk (or water)|
|2||cup||Ener-G Rice Mix|
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Cream shortening and sugar together. Add Ener-G Egg Replacer, milk and baking soda and whip. Add the bananas and Ener-G Rice Mix. Blend well. Spread batter into well-greased 8-inch by 4-inch loaf pan or a greased, 8-inch diameter cake pan. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes. Turn bread out onto wire rack to cool.
