Ener-G Xanthan Gum Honey Mustard Dressing
| 1⁄2 | cup | extra virgin olilve oil |
| 1⁄2 | cup | Cold Water (spring water is best) |
| 1 1⁄2 | tbsp | Honey |
| 1 | tsp | Apple Cider Vinegar |
| 1⁄2 | tsp | Lemon Juice |
| 1 | tsp | mustard powder |
| 1 | tsp | sugar |
| 1⁄2 | tsp | salt |
| 1⁄4 | tsp | garlic powder |
| 1⁄8 | tsp | Ener-G Xanthan Gum |
In a medium size bowl, mix together first five wet ingredients with a fork or whisk until well blended. In a small bowl, mix together the mustard, sugar, salt, garlic powder, Ener-G Xanthan Gum, and pepper. While stirring the wet ingredients, slowly add the dry ingredients and stir in until well blended. Use the dressing while its fresh, over salads, slaws, and fresh tomatoes.
