Ener-G Egg Replacer Chicken and Almonds
|1||ea||small onion (chopped)|
|1||oz||butter or margarine|
|12||oz||chicken (cooked chopped)|
|2||tsp||Ener-G Egg Replacer|
|1||oz||flacked toasted almonds|
Fry onions and mushroom in butter until golden brown. Add cornstarch and cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Gradually stir in milk. Return to heat and stir until boiling. Add chicken and spices. Simmer gently for 5-7 minutes. Beat Ener-G Egg Replacer, 2 tablespoons water and yogurt together. Add to chicken mixture and cook over low heat until thickened. Season to taste and add almonds. Serve hot with boiled rice and vegetables.
