Egg-Less Butter Cake
| 250 | g | granulated sugar |
| 150 | g | butter |
| 20 | g | Ener-G Egg Replacer |
| 1⁄2 | cup | water |
| 350 | g | all-purpose flour |
| 2 | tsp | commercial baking powder (not Ener-G baking powder) |
| 2 | tsp | Vanilla Powder (we used Cook's powdered vanilla) |
| 7 | g | plain gelatin |
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
Cream sugar and butter together. Mix 20g. Egg Replacer and ½ cup water together. Thoroughly mix in remaining Ingredients.
Bake in greased, 8-inch cake pan.
Bake until done. The cake has a good rise and is fairly soft, still a little dry. Test with toothpick at 45-50 minutes and takeout if toothpick comes-out clean).
