Egg-Less Butter Cake
|20||g||Ener-G Egg Replacer|
|2||tsp||commercial baking powder (not Ener-G baking powder)|
|2||tsp||Vanilla Powder (we used Cook's powdered vanilla)|
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
Cream sugar and butter together. Mix 20g. Egg Replacer and ½ cup water together. Thoroughly mix in remaining Ingredients.
Bake in greased, 8-inch cake pan.
Bake until done. The cake has a good rise and is fairly soft, still a little dry. Test with toothpick at 45-50 minutes and takeout if toothpick comes-out clean).
