Ingredients

2tbspEner-G Egg Replacer
10tbspwater
1lblean ground beef
2⁄3cupOnion (chopped)
1⁄4tspgarlic powder
1tspsalt
1⁄2tspblack pepper
1⁄2tspparlsley (chopped)
2tbsptomato sauce

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. (177 degrees C) Whip Ener-G Egg Replacer and water until frothy. While whipping, season ground beef with seasoning and parsley. By hand, mix Egg Replacer mixture into seasoned beef until well blended. Place in a 9inch by 5inch by 2-1/2inch (22cm by 12.7cm by 6.35cm) pan and bake for 30 minutes. Top with tomato sauce and bake another 15 minutes.
