Ener-G Egg Replacer Pecan Pie Recipe
| 4 | tsp | Ener-G Egg Replacer (packed) |
| 7 | tbsp | water |
| 1 | cup | granulated sugar |
| 1 | tsp | baking powder |
| 1 | tbsp | Cold Water |
| 1 | cup | Ener-G Bread Crumbs |
| 1 | cup | Pecans or Walnuts (chopped) |
| 2 | cup | whipped cream |
| 1 | ea | 8 inch pie pan |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. (177 degrees C). Whip Ener-G Egg Replacer with water until frothy (a few seconds) Quickly add in the sugar, baking powder, cold water, Ener-G Bread Crumbs and nuts. Mix well. Pour into greased pie tin. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes. Top should be firm to touch. Let cool. Top pie with whip cream. Refrigerate 5 to 6 hours. Whip cream will form the top of the pie.
