Ener-G Egg Replacer Nut Macaroons
| 3 | tbsp | walnuts (chopped) |
| 1 | tsp | baking soda |
| 10 | tbsp | almond meal |
| 6 | tbsp | brown sugar |
| 7 | tbsp | Macaroon Coconut |
| 4 1⁄2 | tsp | Ener-G Egg Replacer |
| 3 | tbsp | water |
| 1⁄4 | tsp | vanilla |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a medium bowl, mix chopped walnuts, baking powder, almond meal, brown sugar and macaroon coconut together. Set aside. In a mixing bowl, beat Ener-G Egg Replacer and water together until foam starts forming (about 30 seconds) then fold it into the almond mixture. Place by the teaspoonfuls onto a greased baking pans. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
