Ener-G Egg Replacer Boiled Almond Frosting
|3||tsp||Ener-G Egg Replacer|
|2||tbsp||butter or margarine|
In bowl beat Ener-G Egg Replacer and cold water together until foamy. Set aside. Combine sugar, vinegar and hot water. Bring to boiling, stirring constantly. Cover and cook without stirring. After 3 minutes turn heat down to medium and bake another 4 minutes. Mix in butter. Pour the syrup over Egg Replacer mixture in a fine stream. Beat vigorously. Add baking powder, vanilla and almond extract. Beat until mixture is creamy. Cool until hard enough to spread on cake.
