Ener-G Egg Replacer Omelet Cake

|1 1⁄2||cup||Ener-G White Rice Flour|
|1||cup||Buttermilk (You can use Dairy Substitute)|
|3⁄4||cup||sharp cheese grated ( You can use Dairy Free Cheese)|
|3⁄4||cup||bell pepper (chopped)|
Preheat oven to 360 degrees F. (182 degrees C). Mix Ener-G White Rice Flour, shortening, Ener-G Egg Replacer, buttermilk, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together. Add remaining ingredients. Mix 1 minute at medium speed. Pour into one 8inch (20cm) diameter, greased pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Cool before cutting.
