My GF cupcakes didn't rise as I hoped. I read online that any sodium free BP should be doubled in a recipe. I'm looking forward to trying it again. The flavor was fine.
Best baking powder and soda alternative I've been able to find on the market.
It is a godsend for my wife, who suffers from Miniere's Disease and can only have limited sodium in her diet. It works just like Baking Powder. There is no difference in the taste or baking effect.
